PHOENIX, Ariz. — Jodi Arias reportedly spent nine hours speaking to 27 supporters via video conference this weekend, despite being in jail.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told ABC News that the identities of the people who video-conferenced with Arias will not be released, but two of the people were 15-year-old girls who lied about their ages to be able to speak to the convicted murderer.

Arias reportedly told the girls to steal an older person’s identification so they could call back again once she learned of their ages.

Arpaio says Arias “hasn’t been a bad inmate” and only has minor infractions, but he may be re-evaluating her access to video conferences.

At the moment, he says visitors are banned and he has yet to decide whether to ban her from the service entirely.

Arias allegedly calls a friend to dictate tweets from her personalized account, even though she is not allowed to be on social media.

Some of the callers recorded their sessions with Arias, and at least one caller took pictures of Arias during the call and shared them, all of which is against the program’s rules.

Arias was convicted of the 2008 murder of Travis Alexander. She faced a possible death sentence, but two juries could not decide how to sentence her. A judge is now tasked with deciding whether Arias will spend her life in prison or have the possibility of parole in 25 years.
