Uganda considers death penalty abolishment
Civil Society and Members of Parliament propose tabling a bill in Parliament calling for the abolition of Death Penalty. The Uganda Prisons Services are also in support of the abolition of the Death Penalty saying it gives inmates an opportunity to reform to become responsible citizens.
