Clinician

*Offering $3,000 bonus!*

Location: Middleton, MA. Middleton House of Corrections Pay Rate: ** $50,000-$60,000/annually depending on education **Schedule: Looking for staff who can commit to a minimum of 2 days per week at a 12:00pm-8:00pm shift. Other days would be 8:00am-4:00pm. There are 2 openings.

The Clinician:

• Monitors offender compliance with all program and ECSD rules and regulations
• Facilitates classes and group sessions as defined by the curriculum and according to Spectrum standards
• Maintains records in accordance with Spectrum and ECSD policies and procedures
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times in the care of participants
• Strictly adheres to HIPAA and confidentiality policies when responding to inquiries for client information or copies of information
• Serves as a role model/mentor for offenders while maintaining professional boundaries
• Ensures program operates in accordance with Spectrum’s and ECSD ethics and boundaries policies
• Complies with and supports all program and ECSD rules, regulations and procedures
• Completes all required mandatory training
• Provides referrals and aftercare services as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

*Qualifications: *

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required
• CADC or LADC preferred.
