IOWA CITY — An inmate who was booked for kidnapping his 10-year-old stepdaughter wasted no time in collecting further charges when he got into a fight with another inmate at the Johnson County Jail.
Kenneth Johns was charged with second degree kidnapping, felon in control of firearms and carrying weapons, according to KWWL.

But after being booked, Johns got into a fight with another inmate and bit the inmate on the leg during the altercation.
Johns received treatment for his injuries from the fight and is now charged with assault in connection to the jail fight.
