PlanIt Schedule is produced and distributed by Ragnasoft, Inc a software development company specializing in 24x7 scheduling solutions in the public safety sector. We believe in producing powerful and easy to use web and desktop applications at a price that fits within tight budgets. Ragnasoft, Inc is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has been in business since 1999. In 2005, Ragnasoft was approached by a Lancaster based EMS and Police department about their unique scheduling needs. We worked closely with them to develop an application that provided a solution. Since 2005, Ragnasoft’s focus has been working with hundreds of public safety organizations to continue to grow our PlanIt Scheduling products to meet the changing needs of our clients. It is with this constant input from our Police, EMS, Fire and Dispatch companies that we have developed a solution designed specifically for the public safety industry.

Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, Trancite Logic Systems was founded in 1996 with the intent to create software that would make the job of field users easier and more efficient. For 10 years our team has been delivering the most robust field applications to users worldwide. This success is not ours alone. We rely on countless men and women in the field who offer valuable insights on needs assessment and product capabilities. For our part, we will continue doing what we do — providing investigators and field responders the tools needed to document problems, so more time may be spent solving them.
