Explore how correctional leaders are tackling some of today’s toughest challenges –understaffing, inmate care and facility safety – by putting their operational data to work. Modern corrections has evolved from a traditional warehousing model to one that now delivers safety, healthcare and education across multiple locations statewide, yet it still operates in silos. This webinar will highlight how forward-thinking agencies are integrating data to improve safety, strengthen decision-making and better serve both staff and incarcerated individuals.

By attending this webinar, you will:

  • Examine how agencies are using integrated data systems to mitigate staffing shortages by improving resource allocation, shift planning and workload management in correctional facilities.
  • Discover how data-driven approaches are enhancing inmate care through better coordination of healthcare, education and safety programs across multiple facilities.
  • Learn how forward-thinking corrections leaders are breaking down silos to create a unified view of operations that strengthens incident response, reduces risk and supports staff well-being.
