MEET THE SPEAKERS:
With 9 years of experience working in the software industry, Katie Hasty is a Product Owner at Tyler Technologies overseeing a warehouse management system that services the specific needs of the corrections industry.
Jamie Hughes joined Tyler Technologies in 2001 as a consultant with the jail team. Prior to joining Tyler, she spent 13 years working with a local sheriff’s office, where she served as a Classification Specialist in the jail and later a member of the Security Treat Investigation Unit (STIU) as a certified gang investigator. She was also a subject matter expert during her agency’s transition to Tyler’s integrated courts and justice systems. Jamie’s background in public safety – with a focus on jail – gives her a unique understanding of client needs and the important role Tyler plays in serving our communities.
Charles Thomas has over 15 years of experience in the Department of Corrections (DOC) space serving as the Vice President of a national commissary company that planned, implemented and supported commissary services for correctional facility clients. He managed personnel working in and for correctional facilities in the areas of IT, warehouse management, logistics, accounting and program management.
