Robert K. Brown is a systems and solutions engineer for Axis Communications’ Professional Services team. This group of expert architects and engineers offers a variety of advisory, design, development and transformative services to ensure that customers are able to make the most of their existing video surveillance solutions. Prior to joining Axis in 2016, Mr. Brown spent several years on both the enterprise architecture and information security teams at a large retail organization. Before that, he gained nearly a decade of experience architecting and implementing enterprise-scale IP video surveillance systems while acting as the lead technical resource on multiple mission critical projects. Mr. Brown is the named inventor on three US patents for his innovative work on network video technology. He is an Axis Certified Professional and also holds a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
