LANSING — More problems for Aramark – a kitchen food worker has been arrested after five inmates at the St. Louis Correctional Center, where Aramark has a food contract, were found with various drugs.
The Livingston Daily reports that heroin, marijuana, cocaine and tobacco were all found in the inmates’ possession. In all, 39 total packets were found through a series of searches.
An Aramark Correctional Services worker was turned over to the Michigan State Police and is expected to face charges.
Aramark declined to comment.
