GERING, Neb. — A second teen has been charged in the death of Scotts Bluff County corrections officer Amanda Baker.
According to The Omaha, Scotts Bluff County Attorney Doug Warner said charges were filed against Guy Eagle Elk, 16.
While details are limited, he is charged with aiding and abetting first-degree assault, a Class II felony. He has been charged as an adult.
