DENVER — The widow of the Colorado prison chief killed by an escaped parolee says she is angered and frustrated by the slow investigation into the murder one year ago.
Lisa Clements, widow of Tom Clements, told our partners at The Denver Post that she is concerned the investigating agencies are not working together.
“Each of them have a piece of the picture, but the whole picture is missing,” she said.
