GASPORT, New York – A man being processed for his weekend jail night stay was brought up on charges of contraband when a Nicoderm patch was discovered on his person.
The patch was found on the bottom right foot of Steven Rathke, which was then confiscated, according to the Niagra Gazette. He was then charged with introducing contraband into prison.
Rathke was sentenced to four weekends in jail back in January after he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and methadone.
