SELINSGROVE, Pa. — A 20-year-old Snyder County Prison inmate serving time for drug possession was caught in the jail with a suspected hallucinogenic drug.
Jacob W. Snyder of Port Trevorton was found in possession of suspected LSD inside the Penn Township jail on July 15, state police at Selinsgrove said.
He was arraigned on felony contraband and misdemeanor drug possession charges before District Judge John H. Reed and remains in jail pending an Aug. 3 preliminary hearing.
Snyder began serving an 18-day to 23-month prison term in mid-June following his drug possession conviction in Snyder County.
