SAO PAULO — Officers at a Brazilian prison discovered a pigeon smuggling in a cellphone to prisoners.
WTVR reported that COs at the Franco da Rocha prison saw multiple inmates chasing the bird around, trying to capture it. Officials detained the pigeon and found a pouch attached containing a phone and battery.
Authorities are investigating to see which inmate is responsible.
