BOISE, Idaho — The Idaho Department of Correction is holding a career fair for those interested in becoming correctional officers.
The fair will be held from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, at correctional facility at 1301 N. Orchard St. in Boise.
Applicants need to be at least 21 years old. They will meet recruiters at the job fair and should be prepared to apply and interview for positions. Applicants may be hired on the spot.
Pay starts at $13.14 an hour. Positions will be at state correction facilities in the Treasure Valley.
