An officer with the Los Angeles Sheriff Department provided C1 with this video of a K-10 inmate attacking another k-10 inmate as he is escorted down a hallway with plent of deputies nearby. He also posed the following questions:
1. Why are we supposed to keep K-10 septerated?
2. Why is it good practice to have inmates face a wall when stopped during cage transfers?
3. Could this have been prevented?
4. How do we control our inmates by our own positioning during processing?
