TRENTON, NJ — A man already jailed for a murder charge is now accused of assaulting a Mercer County correctional officer and spitting in the officer’s face.
NJ.com reports that Naquan Chance, 26, is accused of slamming a door on a correctional officer’s hand March 2.
He has since been moved to the Hudson County jail and remains held on $1 million bail.
Chance is one of the four men accused in the shooting death of Kayron Jones during a home invasion.
