MIAMI, Fla. — A search warrant has emerged, shedding new details into a road rage incident involving a Miami-Dade Police officer who is accused of shooting at the car of a corrections officer on the Florida Turnpike.
According to a search warrant obtained exclusively by CBS4 News, investigators said someone broke into the officers impounded vehicle and stole evidence.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the incident happened in July.
