TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Corporal Joseph Klinger of the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office has been named the Florida Sheriff Association’s ‘2014 Corrections Officer of the Year.’
The award is given to a correctional officer who has demonstrated exemplary service in the line of duty, according to WTXL.
“I could not be more proud of Joe and all of his outstanding accomplishments,” said Seminole County Sheriff Don Eslinger. “[His] actions serve as a constant reminder of the incredible dedication and service of our corrections officers.”
