GREENSBURG, Pa. — A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a woman’s lawsuit against three Allegheny County Jail guards claiming they assaulted her when she was jailed on a criminal mischief charge in January 2011.

Rachel Neil, 36, address unavailable, requested the dismissal during a hearing where her attorney withdrew from the case, according to the order from U.S. Magistrate Judge Cynthia Reed Eddy.

Neil originally claimed several Pittsburgh police officers also assaulted her but subsequently dropped those claims. In a prior ruling, Eddy dismissed the city and county from the case.
