POLSON, Mo. — A detention officer being investigated for underaged drinking has been cleared and allowed to return to work.
An investigation found that the officer’s roommate was responsible for a party where law enforcement found intoxicated minors, according to KPAX.
The officer had been at home when police arrived to investigated a noise complaint, but had not been home when the party first started.
