DOUGLAS COUNTY, Neb. — A man facing charges of first-degree murder had his testicles partially detached by another accused killer during an altercation Thursday.
According to The Omaha, Anthony Floyd was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center to have his testicles reattached; his alleged assailant was Marcus M. Escamilla. The incident apparently happened inside the jail library.
No weapon was used in the fight, according to the deputy director of the jail.
Neither inmate had any disciplinary problems that would have barred them from using the library together.
