WHITE OAK, Ohio — A correctional officer with Hamilton County is claiming that she was denied service at a local Dunkin’ Donuts when she ordered there while in uniform, but the restaurant refutes the claim.
FOX News reports that the officer went to Facebook to complain about a refusal of service by a cashier. She said she was in uniform and that the cashier wouldn’t even look at her, let alone acknowledge her order.
It’s believed that the employee may have had a bone to pick with the officer, as she may have placed him in solitary confinement while he was incarcerated at the Hamilton County jail.

The officer said that even a manager who took her order refused to make it, but the manager countered saying that though the unnamed employee was unprofessional with her, she was not denied service.
“I stood there feeling smaller than I ever have,” the officer wrote on her Facebook page.
The employee in question fired back on his own Facebook page, claiming the officer’s accusations were false and said “this is why I can’t stand a [expletive] with a badge…” He also allegedly wrote, “Them C.O.’s can catch Aids … All of them.”
Dunkin’ Donuts released a statement saying they had been informed of the matter and that it had been resolved.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the officer’s claim.
