FRACKVILLE, Pa. — An inmate at SCI-Frackville assaulted two corrections officers, leaving one with a broken nose.
Pennlive reports that Michael John Scullen, 22, assaulted Joseph Lynch and Mitchell Sarkowski on Sept. 8.
Lynch suffered contusions and a broken nose that required surgery. Sarkowski also suffered contusions in the incident.
Scullen is currently facing charges of assault by prisoner. He is currently incarcerated for a 2011 robbery case, receiving a minimum of 8 and a half years for a first-degree felony robbery charge.
