LOUISVILLE, Ky — A Louisville man is facing charges after the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections said he threw bleach in the face of a corrections officer.
Charles Clark, 21, of the 1300 block of Durrett Lane, was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree terroristic threatening.
Food was being served Thursday when Clark came out of his solitary confinement cell holding two cups of bleach, which he threw in an officer’s face, according to his arrest report.
The officer was taken to University Hospital, where he was treated and released, said Kelly Feiock, spokeswoman for the corrections department.
