Victim’s mother fights to remove inmate Facebook page

Posted that her ‘son is in an urn’ and ‘it’s a crime’ that the killer is on Facebook while in prison

CLAYTON, N.M. — He’s locked up and isn’t supposed to have a Facebook page. Now, an outraged mother is fed up after seeing pictures of the man who killed her son on social media time and time again.

Serving time means no social media.

“Inmates have no access to computers that have the Internet,” said Alex Tomlin with New Mexico Corrections Department. “You’re in prison to serve time for whatever you’ve done.”
