NEWPORT, Pa. – A pair of inmates were captured Monday after escaping custody over the weekend.
According to ABC 27, 30-year-old Nicholas Guido and 20-year-old Robert Maffei escaped Quehanna Boot Camp on Sunday. The Centre Daily Times reported the inmates were seen fleeing in a black sedan.
Members of a fugitive task force captured the escapees after the camp was locked down.
Guido and Maffei were serving two-year sentences for burglary and possession with intent to deliver, respectively.
