HAMILTON, Ohio — The search is on for a Butler County Jail inmate who walked away from the Hanover Street facility at about 3 p.m. today in Hamilton.
Cesco James Earl Wilson was working kitchen duty and ran way from the area just outside the kitchen, according to Maj. Mike Craft. Officers gave chase, but as of 5:20 p.m., he has not been found.
Wilson, 37, was in the jail on a warrant from Butler County Common Pleas Court. He had a court hearing scheduled for Wednesday.
Wilson is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes and is from Middletown.
If anyone sees Wilson, they are asked to call 911.
