NEW YORK — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify two men and a car in surveillance footage of the fatal shooting of a corrections officer.
Corrections Officer Alastasia Bryan, 25, was sitting in her vehicle on Monday when a man walked up and fatally shot her, NBC4 reported.
The NYPD released the video in hopes that the public can help identify two men and a car seen in the footage.
Police said the car is a gold or tan-colored four-door Hyundai Elantra sedan.
Officials told the news station they believe the killing was a targeted attack, but a motive is still unknown.
