JUNEAU — A former Fox Lake Correctional inmate has been found guilty of attacking a correctional officer with a claw hammer.
Terrance B. Davis, 52, was found guilty on Thursday of attempted first degree intentional homicide for injuring one correctional officer. District attorney Kurt Klomberg said Davis was also found guilty of a lesser charge of reckless endangerment for injuring a second victim.
Davis had been charged with two counts of attempted first degree intentional homicide. The trial began on Wednesday with the state concluding their case that day. The defense concluded their case on Thursday.
