LOUISVILLE, Ky. — An inmate at Louisville Metro Corrections is accused of attempted murder after allegedly using his own urine as a weapon.
Authorities say 24-year-old Charles Clark is HIV-positive — and threw a cup of his own urine on a corrections officer on Feb. 1.
The officer was hit in his head, face, neck, shoulder and chest, and had to be taken to the hospital for decontamination and treatment, according to an arrest report.
