LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man is facing more charges after threatening corrections officers.
According to WHAS 11, the man was waiting to go to court at Louisville Metro Corrections when he became disruptive. Tobias Steagall reportedly told officers when he got out of jail he would come back and shoot everyone there.
