SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monarch Staffing, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSTF), and its wholly owned subsidiary Drug Consultants, Inc. (“DCI”), a provider of healthcare staffing services, announced the award of a new contract with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (“CDCR”). The contract is for Radiology Technician Services at the CDCR’s Division of Juvenile Justice and expires June 2010.
