A C1 member recently submitted these photos, with the following explanation:
During a search of a restricted housing unit at the RIDOC High Security Center, an officer discovered that an inmate had an extra TV Antenna Coaxial Cable Female Signal Adapter in his cell and seized it. During a subsequent search of all the seized property, the property officer discovered the adapter had something loose inside. Upon opening the item, the ½” pin was found to be was altered into a sharpened point.
