Woman arrested twice in day for alleged violation

The Chico Enterprise-Record

ORLAND, Calif. — An Orland woman was arrested twice Wednesday for allegedly violating a restraining order obtained by her neighbor.
At about 11:30 a.m., police received a report that Angela Hope Watts, 27, had attacked John Allen, 56, at his home in the 200 block of Plumas Street.

Allen, who has a restraining order against Watts, placed her under citizen’s arrest for assault and battery and trespassing.

Following her release later Wednesday from the Glenn County Jail, Watts returned to Allen’s residence and reportedly threw rocks at his house while standing in the driveway. Officers arrested Watts and she was again booked into jail on suspicion of violating a court order. Her bail was set at $6,000.

Glenn County Jail records list Watts as a transient, but give her occupation as a caretaker for her mother.
