Tracy Napier

Tracy Napier served the Montana Department of Corrections for eleven years, in various positions, including Correctional Officer, Admissions Officer, Case Manager, In-Service Program Training Officer, Montana Law Enforcement Academy Corrections/Detention Basic Program Manager, and Security Threat Group Coordinator. She served as the statewide Security Threat Group Task Force Coordinator and the Montana Corrections Representative for the Northwest Gang Investigator’s Association. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis on the criminal mind. She honorably discharged from the Army Reserve in 2013.
