ADRIAN, Mich. — A former Aramark food service worker faces up to a four-year prison term after pleading guilty Wednesday to delivering marijuana at the Gus Harrison Correctional Facility in Madison Township.

Robert Edward Brenner, 49, pleaded guilty in Lenawee County Circuit Court to a single count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He remains free on a personal recognizance bond while awaiting sentence on April 2.

Brenner was allegedly caught bringing marijuana into the prison where he worked on Oct. 3. He was under surveillance because of the suspicion he had earlier smuggled marijuana to inmates.
