Mich. jail escapee broke out through shower room skylight
COLUMBUS, Ga. — A Muscogee County inmate escaped from his work detail in a government van used to transport prisoners to and from work.
John Hubert, a 39-year-old serving a two-year sentence on drug charges, apparently escaped the work detail at the Columbus Government Center in a white Ford Econoline van.
Muscogee County Prison warden Bill Adamson said the man has family in Atlanta and adult children in Alabama. But he said authorities aren’t limiting their search.
