SOMERSET, Pa. — State police have charged a Pittsburgh-area man with killing a fellow inmate at a state prison in southwestern Pennsylvania.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 43-year-old Mark Farabaugh. He was serving time for fleeing from police and driving under the influence when he allegedly attacked another inmate, 52-year-old Keith Williams, at the State Correctional Institution-Laurel Highlands on March 24.

The Daily American of Somerset reports state police charged Farabaugh Thursday after investigating Williams death from a skull fracture two days after the alleged attack.
