LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — For the second time this year, the Pulaski County Jail has been forced to close its doors once again.

THV11 reports that the jail is over the allotted number of inmates by 71. The closing of the jail will affect nonviolent, low-level offenders.

The jail has only recently reopened on June 9, after the first time it closed in April.
