JACKSON, Mich. — Jacob Larson was in court for a personal protection order violation when he began talking back to Judge John McBain.
According to KXAN, Larson blamed his alleged stalking on the woman he was pursuing.
Judge McBain sentenced Larson to three days in jail. But when Larson continued to provoke McBain, he upped the sentence to 93 days.
When ordered to stand up by the court officer, Larson resisted arrest, refusing to put his hands behind his back to be handcuffed.
McBain became more aggravated, took off his robe, and helped tackle Larson to the ground.
McBain told the station he does not tolerate disruptions in his courtroom.
