SCOTTS BLUFF COUNTY, Neb. — It was with a heavy heart that the community said goodbye today, to a life many say, was taken much too soon.
An Honor Guard proceeded down 42nd Street this afternoon, to pay tribute to the life of Amanda Baker.
Baker, a 24-year-old Corrections Officer, was fatally attacked on Valentines Day, by an inmate at the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center.
