Even with a good search, you must keep eyes on suspects after securing them in temporary restraints.  Because that is all duct tape, zip ties, flex cuffs, paracord, tuffties, hobbles, handcuffs are.....temporary. Here's a cuff key that's easy to miss because of it's size. Remember to search thoroughly!
