Contraband: Toilet seat cover

A C1 member wrote, “We found this toilet seat cover in Las Vegas, Nevada at a women’s correctional center. It is made entirely out of toilet paper and even has a paper holding everything together on the bottom.”

The toilet seat cover was made with toilet paper and toothpaste to attach the flat cardboard piece on the bottom.

“Even though this is not deadly, it is the first one like it that I have seen in my thirteen years. Just needed to share,” the C1 member wrote.
