Inmate-made replica of an M4 assault rifle

Officers in Wisconsin found this replica of a M4 assault rifle in an imate’s cell while doing a search in the seg unit. It was fashioned out of newspaper and magazines and then wrapped in pieces of ripped up green, state-issued t-shirts.
