ATTICA, N.Y. — Authorities say a man tried to mail an inmate at the Wyoming Correctional Facility synthetic marijuana hidden in food packages.
State Police arrested Malik White, 21, of White Plains last week and charged him with second degree attempted promoting prison contraband, a misdemeanor.
Prison officials found the packages intended for the inmate in the Attica facility and intercepted them before they were delivered.
