NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — A woman has been arrested for leaving contraband inside a dumpster for an inmate to find.
According to WAVY.com, Karin Ann Cosgro, 39, was seen leaving cigarettes, a cell phone and bottles of suspected spice inside a dumpster at Newport News City Farm.
Further investigation revealed that Cosgro was leaving the items specifically for the use of an inmate.
