Officers at the Ellsworth Correctional Facility in Kansas discovered these tattooing items hidden in a Coke can. Great work guys, and thanks for sharing the photo. We built our Contraband Command Center so that officer could work together, sharing photos and intel, because when we work together, everyone stays safer.
