JIM WELLS COUNTY — Eagle Ford Shale has created lots of new jobs in the Coastal Bend, but as we have reported, it is also making it difficult for other employers to fill positions.
Often, other positions cannot measure up in terms of the amount of pay that oilfield workers can get.
