Gary York is a retired Florida Senior Prison Inspector and former correctional officer and felony probation offficer. He has 27 years experience in the field and has a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. He was Senior Prison Inspector of the year in 1998 and received an accommodation from the Civil- Criminal Division in Washington DC for one of his prison investigations.
